Shaun R. Austin is an Associate Attorney with LoPrete, Lyneis, & Carnwath, P.C. He joined the firm in 2022 with extensive litigation experience. Mr. Austin graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates, and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. His practice encompasses all areas of probate litigation and administration, including trusts, estates, guardianships, and conservatorships, as well as estate planning.
